     The Texoma RC Modelers are dedicated to building and flying all types of model aircraft. Our club has been a active AMA club sense 1970. Our primary flying site is Pete Darter Field located just west of Sherman, TX in the small community of Southmayd (see map) we also have a secondary flying site located just west of the Denison Dam on lake Texoma (see map). We have members involved in IMAC, Combat, War Birds, Heli's, Electrics, and others. The club sponsors several AMA sanctioned events each year. Members are always quick to help out the newcomers as well as the veteran pilots.  All AMA members are welcome to join us for our sanctioned events, and AMA members can come visit with a member present.
